Interesting. I've never seen tether cancel with the down special and those super wavedashes off the stage. I remember SuperDoodleMan had some frame data on that but I never really read up on that stuff.

Can you explain how to do the tether trick where samus plumets upward as seen at 1:20 I know Plup does it all the time and It just looks so flashy I really wanna learn it.
It sucks in high level play. If they spotdodge they get a huge punish, and at the distance the extender is useful it is very reactable so they could definitely spotdodge or simply jump over it..

Yeah! You airdodge up with L or R, then hit A right away. The momentum of the airdodge makes samus go up while the tether goes straight

@@austing.8682 that's not true. You've just gotta save it for a tech chase situation and then bust it out. You can get some crazy chain grabs with it.
