This event was held in Indonesia. It's called Asian Games involving the whole Asian countries. The one held in the Philippines was the SEA GAMES (South East Asian Games) involving the South East Asian countries only.

The arena is in Indonesia sirs.., at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta Indonesia. All of ceremony was designed and created by Indonesia talents and it's about our cultures (Fyi.. the dancers who made some patterns were Indonesia students). All artists were Indonesia talents that described how proud us of our country 🇮🇩 Indonesia.
Let me clarify miles and phezz , that what you are watching is the opening ceremony of the 2018 ASIAN GAMES of which Indonesia hosted in an open arena. Naturally, the highlight of the night will be the arrival of their president. The following year of 2019, the Philippines got to host the A.S.E.A.N GAMES inside the world's biggest indoor arena, the Philippine Arena. ASEAN, an acronym which means Association of South East Asian Nations comprises of 11 nations only, competing for the medal. It could be an indonesian with a filipino- sounding name that requested the video reaction. Anyways, the opening ceremony is visually just amazing!

What a great video. Phezz & Miles, the Asiad is the biggest Games after the Olympics. I personally think the 2018 Asian Games opening ceremony in Jakarta could rival the Olympics. A vibrant, explosive and slick opening ceremony. It was certainly packed with colour and energy and also showcased the culture, natural beauty and greenery of Indonesia with lovely waterfalls making for a remarkable setting. The delightful music from Indonesian stars also enthralled the jam-packed stadium with their performances on a spectacular stage. Not forgetting the pyrotechnics extravaganza including fireworks and a simulated erupting volcano; and memorably choreographed dances. Well done and congratulations to Indonesia 🇮🇩 from Malaysia 🇲🇾

Well the video you guys reacted was the Asian Games 2018 opening ceremony which was held in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta, Indonesia. Look at some of the participants showed on the video; China, Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia which are not South East Asian countries. Asian Games is like Olympics but for Asian countries and there were 45 Asian countries participating in the Asian Games 2018 in Indonesia. Meanwhile what was held in the Philipines was SEA Games 2019 which was impossible for China, Korea, Japan and Saudi Arabia to participate because SEA Games is only for South East Asian countries and there were only 11 SEA countries participating in it. Hope the difference is clear for you now.

I've heard Philippine supposed to host the asian game, but the in the 1st year of prepare Philippine declared to give up the hosts because of some reason, and Indonesia take it over, that's why actually we don't have enough time to prepare everything but I'm glad Indonesia did great job as s host.

So Please who ever out there that miss lead the information, Stop Saying it hosted by Philippine. Indonesia People and Government are working alot and put serious effort for this event. I'm not mad to the reaction I'm just disappointed. To be fair tho is not your fault guys and I still enjoye the reaction nonetheless 😂.
