I want to build this pump and I’m thinking using a spare lithium battery pack that takes three 3.7V batteries. Hopefully it’ll be enough to get my grandchildren tired because I’m getting tennis elbow pouring water to keep them occupied. Also I’m baffled on trying to get the bottom wheel to spin. No matter how I position the two ramps I can’t get the bottom wheel to continuously spin. Thanks for this idea.
I believe we used a lithium battery like that at one point. Good luck! The wheel really doesn’t turn all that well. Maybe there’s a way to grease it? I’ll try to remember to look at ours tomorrow.
