So yes, in training, if you are serious about powerlifting, you WILL fall on your butt every now and then when trying a new PR, and that's perfectly normal. I actually don't have any training partner, so I can't even get support when a bench press PR goes wrong. Hence you learn how to be safe in that situation BEFORE getting into it. ;)

Possibly to public these pictures maybe bizarre but many actions are normal lifting such as pressing or pushing barbell overhead in a power rack or missing an Olympic lift being flung forward or back and most CrossFit movements completely unknown to public.

I benched at least twice a week from age 12 to age 33 with a max of 300lbs when I was 15 weighing 160lbs and max of 405lbs when I was 22/216lbs and never once dropped the fucking bar on my chest.
