That exercise is not actually that good because of the increase of shoulder impingment and injury doing it on an incline while making the tricep still have a full stretch but having the elbows in front of the shoulders and not to the side is much better for full ROM.

People don’t understand two things: 1) you don’t go so heavy to the point that your form breaks down, and; 2) you have to go heavy and light based on the muscles types you’re working on (fast twitch muscles, type 2 I believe, need higher reps; slow twitch muscle types, type 1 I believe, need lower reps)

When training your fast twitch you’ll want to do heavy weight in the 1-3 rep range with long rest periods in between. When training slow twitch fibers you’ll want to train 8-12 rep range with shorter rest periods.
I’ve noticed a very strong weight to equipment ratio on how bad a lift is. For instance, if they’re squatting anything 405 and under with knee wraps. Watch out because your about yo see something crazy.

Unless you have safeties. My gym has power racks and I use clamps without a spotter. This guy on the other hand has no reason to use clamps.
