But after seeing few cng car blasts ( on road and as well as during gas filling at gas station), i have changed my decision and not gona buy one. No matter what ever the safety precautions have taken, down the line 5 to 10 yrs nothing is guaranteed. My lovedones life is more important than fuel price.
What a colour!!!? Premium AF!! But grab one quickly if you want one because Tata has a habit of discontinuing colours... I feel lucky to own the tectonic blue one.. cheers to Tata!

The plum colour is awesome. They should have redesigned the spare tyre well and placed it under the body with some mechanism to allow for easy removal. Maybe this could have allowed lowering the CNG tank placement and created some luggage space. I still wonder why TATA is staying with this 3 cylinder Revtron engine. They should have simply reworked the 4 cylinder engine they offered on Indica . The only issue with TATA petrol cars now is NVH. They have improvised greatly in quality and design.
It is like you are using the car to carry the CNG tank. Audi A4-gtron is the best CNG design without compromising the boot space. Would be nice to see such a design using multiple smaller tanks inside the frame than the trunk.
Zero boot space and that tedious spare tyre retrieval process, this is good as a second car not primary..but for a second car for city use, I would go for an electric..getting CNG filled is such a huge pain given the long queues

CNG makes more sense than EV. CNG pumps are readily available. It is cheap. Range and practicality are unmatchable. EVs are expensive even after subsidies and are only for niche set of users.

This is the best Tata CNG car than the other unsafe CNG cars, and in real world give better efficiency than what company claims

They should provide an option of putting roof rails and luggage rack, too. Would be practical also, with the zero boot space left.
