I absolutely love how you do these videos! No surprises, I know what I’m getting, features, specs, and I know what I’m expecting to pay. This is great for someone like me returning to riding and not knowing what I want.
for the USB covers: the second rubber cover has a notch so you can plug a usb in and route the cord while keeping the outlet dry, extra space to most likely coil extra cord up.
I don't give a Damm what the price is...this man's honesty has me sold, if I lived in Texas, I'd buy just so I brag how about the bike from this guy, all his videos are honest to the core!!!!
Excellent video thank you, I have that exact KLR on order with my dealer here in Michigan and I am just waiting for the call so I can put a deposit on it!
So far everyone is reporting that if you get an ABS model it can’t be switched off however the ABS does not kick in immediately you can slide the bike for about a second before it kicks in
Thanks for the video, great bike but will go with the base model and build it up as the side cases are way to small would like 33 liters or more and at least 46 liters for the top case. Do not like the camo finish, but the other ones look great. Had a 2007 model and loved it now driving a DR650 with a 20 liter gas tank and a KTM 390 Adventure with Trekker 33/45 liter hard bags. This will be my 3 re in my stable will be removing the S40 as feet forward hearts my back after 100 km Would love to see some videos of this bike on road and on dirt and gravel roads, For me it is to heavy for off road riding other than fire trails and the like, At 72 need light off road leave the heavy ones for the under 70 group. Thanks for the video
Folks from what I can tell Albert is still in charge over there. He must’ve just stopped making RUclips videos. It was likely not worth the effort for him. These videos never get a lot of views (early on some of his older ones would go viral) and it’s not helping to attract local customers so why make the videos still? That’s my assumption because he’s definitely still at Mainland.
Pretty nice, but I'm not sure it was enough to get me to trade in my 2009 KLR. I like pretty much all the new changes, but I'm disappointed Kawasaki didn't include a tach. I wonder if they changed the gearing? The LED lights are my favorite new feature on the new adventure version. The trunk case is better than the hard saddle bag cases, because there is more room and if you crash the bike it can easily destroy the saddle bags. Its better to ride with a trunk case and only use the saddle bags if you need the extra room. The new trunk and saddle bags are better than the old Kawasaki soft versions because you can lock them. I wonder if Kawasaki will offer a tank bag? If you buy the Adventure version and the trunk case accessory, is the trunk case keyed to work with your key?
@@laszlon.285 It was upgraded, do not know what video you watched but I have seen several where they did do the up grade better design and stronger materials.
Could you please let us know if the new swingarm is steel or aluminum? Also if the rear wheel is still aluminum? The Kawasaki press release said a 'stronger rear wheel material', whatever that means.
I don't know if Kawasaki ever actually addressed that it was an issue in the first place. Though the part number is the same for the 2022 as it is for all KLRs going back to 2011 (13168-0184)
In the print on one of the media packets kawasaki put out they mention it but did not have a definate yes or no answer. Either way dont let they doohicky put you off from getting one they are not expensive or hard to swap out. just did mine on my gen 2 a few months ago.
@@miltlance3654 My understanding is that it is better but that the spring is still weak even on the newest model. I watched a mechanics review of the bike this week and they still recommending upgrading the spring.
@@markcollins5026 I was looking to buy one but back when i was deciding they wouldent sell the adventure without ABS and i really dident want to buy a base model then i learned about the no tac so i just went and got a low mile second gen.
@@markcollins5026 When you get it you will have to post what the gearing is like. I wondered if they did anything to stretch out the gears a little to make it more highway friendly.
397 dollars to put bike together??? This is a joke...you already make money from kawasaki man,why would you charge people to put front wheel and panniers together on the bike???
You know, I figured there was going to be some of this kind of response. And I get it. We all want to pay a little as possible. But please don't tell me what I should charge. This is not a joke, this is my business that I have spent 32 years building and this is how I take care of my family and my employees & their families. If you don't like my price don't buy form me. I bet you have know idea what it cost to run a dealership today. We are probable one of the most reasonable priced dealerships in the country. I have saved my customers loads of money versus what other dealerships charge. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Horrible review. Hunt for specs, find very few. Weight? HP? Torque? Fuel capacity? MPG? Tires? Dims? Lots of BS about accessories, no real information. What little information you can find is scattered throughout instead of a nice segment. Lots of talking, no information, typical salesman.
The best motorcycle presenter on the net ever, long time no new videos hope all is good by yr side..

I appreciate this guys honesty.

All of Albert's bike descriptions are highly informative, quite accurate, and interesting. I like someone who is a straight shooter...
I've got a 2017 model with 5000 miles on it. I'll probably be ready for the 2035 model.

Awesome review. Have mine on preorder. Can’t beat Kawasaki quality👍🏻👍🏻.
Looks like a villian vehicle out of a Bond movie.
Nice.
Also the honesty and transparency into the purchase price breakdown is well appreciated!

Thank you for being up front about the cost. Not many dealers do that.

Hey Albert why not any new videos? I hope everything is fine..
Like your review just landed in new Zealand got a kawasaki vaquero 2022 order here next month 😀
Cheers 🍻
Great video and overview of the new KLR…thanks!
Very good overview
My previous KLR had Tusk crash bars. On the Adventure I wonder how much protecton you get from the engine guards.
Thanks for posting the informative video. What’s the story with the ABS and non-ABS? Is there a model that has the option to switch between?
So far everyone is reporting that if you get an ABS model it can’t be switched off however the ABS does not kick in immediately you can slide the bike for about a second before it kicks in
Very good walk around.
At around 28 seconds what is that thing hanging down from the right foot peg?
Awesome motorcycle.

Will you export to the UK 🇬🇧 and will I be able to register it in the Uk please advise thanks
Did they upgrade the 'doo-hickey' chain thing or whatever it's called? I keep hearing about that being a big weak point on this...
yes they did.

Is the key required to open the panniers, or can they be left unlocked?
no new 2022 cfmoto videos?
Here's my question..Are those aux lights road rated or strictly for offroad use?
I love it
A $3000 markup! Huge markup from the other year bikes.
Next review kawasaki Z125 2021 pro brother...thanks....!!🙏🙏
