Original Butter Cookies without eggs 🍪

- Butter Cookies - Vanilla and Chocolate Flavour
Ingredients for Vanilla Cookies
• Plain flour 100 grams
• Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp
• Unsalted butter 75 grams, at room temperature
• Powdered sugar 30 grams
• Milk 3 tsp
Ingredients for Chocolate Cookies
• Plain flour 80 grams
• Cocoa powder 20 grams
• Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp
• Unsalted butter 75 grams, at room temperature
• Powdered sugar 45 grams
Coating
• Dark chocolate
• White Chocolate
Preparation
1. Vanilla Cookies: In a bowl, sift plain flour and add vanilla powder. Mix
2. In another bowl add butter and powdered sugar and liquid vanilla (if using liquid vanilla) and whisk well until creamy and light in colour.
3. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix to just combine. Do not over mix at this stage.
4. Add milk and mix again just to combine.
5. Now transfer the cookie dough to a cookie press or a piping bag fitter with star nozzle.
6. Pipe the cookies on to a baking paper lined baking tray.
7. Freeze the cookies for 10 minutes.
8. Chocolate Cookies: In a bowl, sift plain flour, cocoa powder and vanilla powder. Mix.
9. Rest of the steps are same as of vanilla cookies.
10. Baking: While the cookies are in the freezer, preheat the oven at 170˚C using lower rod only.
11. Take the cookies out and bake at 170˚C for 12-15 minutes (unil the cookies surface is not shiny anymore).
12. Take out and allow to come to room temperature.
13. Meanwhile, melt chocolate of your choice and dip half of the cookies in it. Let it set.
14. Enjoy your butter cookies with tea or coffee!

14. Enjoy your butter cookies with tea or coffee!

Definitely use kren me b vanilla powder hi use krti or is ka koi talluq ni k cake rise ni hua may be apne baking powder na dala ho bhool gai hon ya tempreature ka frq agaya ho even in Patila ya hoskata ha apki quantity km ho ya phr baking powder ki quality sai na ho ya wo expired ho
