The rear mats, you mixed both products together that didn't make any sense?

I just use an APC like SuperClean and it works great. No need for a specialty cleaner.

I've used the chemical guys a lot and like he said, it cleans, but they weren't lying that it protects. I apply a small coat of it after cleaning and drying. It leaves it walkable to where you can step on it. It does come back to almost factory finish. It's slightly slippery but not overly. You can still get a good grip. One or two sprays on a wheel rag coats it just fine

I think if you are a pro detailer you would probably go with an APC diluted to save some pennies..As an enthusiast I would probably use the Adams. The one I want to try next is the mckees version.. Its supposed to revitalize the mats...

Looks like the cg had a little bit more Matte look for the after, because even though the adams one foamed up it still missed more than the cg. Because they are concentrated I think it is smart to rinse first just like anything else when you was a car.

This is a tough test to judge, Adam's does foam up and give the illusion of a better deep clean, while chemical guys does mislead with the label. All in all, both clean well and the end result is hard to tell which cleaner was used on which mat. Thank you for the video.

Unless you're matts are filthy, use CG directly, scrub, wait, scrub again, rinse. When dry light application and wipe off, perfection.

Looks equal to me. You should do a test between one of these and a degreaser or APC. I usually use either an orange degreaser or strong APC like Super Clean diluted for heavy grime (3:1 or 2:1). I would be curious to see if these do a better job because in terms of price, they are a lot more expensive than a degreaser or APC which usually come to about 1$ per 32 oz bottle one diluted.

Clean with an apc them apply a thin layer of the chemical guys and it makes the weathertech mats nice and deep and nonslip no dressing I've used looks good after it dries. Too spendy to use as a cleaner as a pro.

Interior detail sprays both clean and leave behind UV protection so maybe that's what CG was going for. I'm really surprised even though you dropped and broke the Adams spray head the CG one didn't break on it's own. Every spray head on their 16oz bottle break immediately.

Adams does not recommend a pre-rinse. However you chose to disregard this critical aspect. So the product was not used as directed. This itself may have made the Adam's product less effective.
Why review a product when you don't follow basic recommended user instructions??
Perhaps re-do the video whereby Adams is used without a pre-rinse.

Jumbo, MR from CG was supposedly works better once your have washed and dried them before using it. I have been applying it as a protectant and it works much better that way. Also I do wash CG MR, simply use MF Towel to wipe and let it dry naturally.
I guess when you are running a business you have to resort to work smarter and not harder due to time constraints

    Two things…
    1. Brown was from the chemical on your asphalt driveway not from the mats.
    2. Should have followed directions on the bottle of products for a true fair comparison.
