Nice construction methods and very keen equipments with keen staaf responsibility work , thats the quality work, that I attended a flexible construction lecture in India , that our Saxena sir taught in our todays traning session with several foolproof examples of Canada country's flexible construction methods, thanks to Saxena Sir, and Very nice of this youtube channel, 😂

Asphalt is much better than concrete. But you can't tell Texas that, b/c they have a ship load of concrete in the entire state. It's a noisy and ugly roads.

It was an interesting experience. I've done it for a few year. It wasn't that glamorous but you did have fun when you were young.
It is a very informal video. Proper equipment, surface preparation and crew coordination is key to a remarkable paving job.

That's why it's so expensive. Way too many workers needed for this. The operation is not efficent if it needs this many guys to do.

Throwing sand on the mat is bad practise. As the sand rolls into the mat, the composition of the asphalt is changed.
