Lamont is not a perfect governor, but is the governor Connecticut needed, as evidenced by the fact he was re-elected. Props to him for making progress on the state debt crisis.
Hot take, but his toll proposal should have passed. This guy understands finance, there should be no disputing that aspect of his leadership.
