But being that it was still a mini series and that it was also the 90s they had limited resources and time to make pennywise legitimately scary like in this more modern version.
both are great because they share similar elements in their personalities but focus more in one thing: comedy and horror, 90s Pennywise is more comedian while Modern IT is more horror
