Yummy. I made this today in my Instant Pot Duo 60 and a CrispLid. It was delicious. I wasn’t sure what heat of the Salsa Con Queso you used. I used the Medium and it has a nice bite. Since I live in Canada, I couldn’t get the Kerrygold Mild Cheddar. I did have some old cheddar on hand, so I used that. It was incredible.
