- 3rd Cook and Final Review. Smoked Chicken Sandwich And Fries In A VEVOR Commercial Dual Deck Pizza Oven. For my final review I made French fries and a smoked chicken sandwich from leftover chicken, and added Sweet Baby Ray's Nashville Hot Wing Sauce, pickles and provolone cheese. I found that I like this pizza oven more than I thought I would. It's too heavy for one person, but the dual deck really opens up the possibilities and uses of this commercial electric pizza oven. Especially if you have a larger family, or entertain a lot, or own a Restaurant, Club House, or Food Truck, just to name a few that this would be great for!
