Great review! I have the same setup. I ran into a problem one of the wheels came off from the plate or leg and also the rubber of the oven to stability
Beside that all is good

I'll fire up the wood oven when we have a crowd. But Gozney is great for a couple of pizzas on a night with the wife.

How do you clean your stone ? Is the Gozney self cleaning ? Or isn‘t it hot enough ?

The way I clean yhe stone is to turn the flame up to high, temp gets above 1000° and everything is burned off. Kinda like self-cleaning!

Good video, saddly i couldn't watch it all because your voice is coming from only one side of the speakers, all the other sounds are fine but your voice only comes out on the left channel and for someone using headphones it's quite not pleasent to hear

Thanks for the comment. I figured out the issue, my audio was in Mono and not Stereo. It's fixed for future videos.
