Adam is such a great brand ambassador. Knowledge, know-how, street style, he's got it all.
Guy knows what he's doing. I think he needs to do a video dedicated to stretching the dough. I'd love to know how to do it his way.

Loved this "its gloomy but we are going to make some sunshine" . Great selections and tips. Would really have loved to see the bottoms. My original Gozney does not brown on the bottom. No matter what. Long preheating does not help. The tops come out great and I end up having to slide the pizza on a gas grill to crisp up the bottom. I was told I should buy a steel plate to put in it. Thanks Adam. Xo

Adam you mentioned that it was windy (as well as cold) - and I was delighted to see that the Arc-ing flame didn’t seem to be affected much if at all. Just arrange the oven mouth to be facing downwind and it behaves itself properly?
No pizza ovens like wind but it deals with it well.
How’d you get the Graza olive oil? Been looking at that and didn’t think they shipped to the UK? 🤔

Could we record a slightly deeper analysis of the Gozney Arc for commercial use, including stone temperature measurements, when baking 10-15 consecutive pizzas? Recovery time for stone temperature, unofficially talked about 3 minutes... Is the Arc manufacturer planning to reduce the large front opening or add some kind of door?
I only have a Gozney Dome so I guess I can't make these??? hahaha just kidding. I will give at least 2 of these a try but I will cook the veggies in with wood to get a smokey flavor

Hi Adam, I'm really curious should I go dome or arc XL I like to make Neapolitan pizza maybe NY style what is you recommendation?
I'm not adam but if you are JUST going to make pizza arc XL will do. If you want to cook food with charcoal and wood and bake then Dome (Dual fuel). If money is not an issue can't go wrong with more insulation, bigger and more cooking options. I cook duck, fish, and other meats in my dome regularly and its awesome
The oven needs to hit a very high temperature, around 800 degrees F. At that temperature, the volatile compounds that we perceive as smoke on food get burnt up. So it really doesn't matter IMHO how you get to the right temperature. Gas is obviously easier to use. For me, I prefer wood because it's more fun to do and because when you cook at lower temps (i.e., for things other than pizza), the wood smoke does add something gas does not.

Raw egg yolks are no problem. Old mate on IG has been eating raw chicken and raw eggs every day for the last 52 days and hasn't had so much as a tummy ache.
