    This is tremendous. I had seen the process of making brushes from images but never done it. And the creation of the pattern was incredibly informative. Thank you.

      Hi there!
      It’s a brush to use in sculpt mode for sculpting wrinkles details. I’m not sure if I understand you correctly but did you meant using it in texture paint mode?

    • @ranvygaming6234
      @ranvygaming6234 3 месяца назад

      @@ragoon3d Yeah, i follow every single thing you do, when i brush it on paint mode, the model lips change but the texture paint wont load, like.....just flat.....

      @ragoon3d  3 месяца назад

      I understand my friend. I’m afraid this tutorial is for creating a brush that meant to use in sculpt mode only. I’m sorry if it wasn’t clear enough. Here’s a link for a very nice and quick tutorial for texture painting: ruclips.net/video/SdDEjUobdto/видео.htmlsi=0SW3GQHlJZDeo_l_

    Could you use this for normal mapping as well? Then it should also work at low poly.

    • @ragoon3d
      @ragoon3d  4 месяца назад +1

      This is a tutorial for creating an Alpha brush to sculpt wrinkles using Blender only. After you finish sculpting the wrinkles you can bake the normals to a normal map, and then use it on a low poly version of the same object.

      @@ragoon3d Thanks. The pattern is highly realistic! I'm way less experienced than you but let me try to add the pattern to a bump map and see what happens, just as an excercise. I'll let you know!

    Hi, sorry I’m stuck at 2:18 when you clocked something to connect it to the material output, what did you click? since you don’t have the prompt keys shown, thanks

    • @ragoon3d
      @ragoon3d  Год назад +1

      You're right, I'm sorry about that. I have clicked Ctrl+Shift+Left mouse button on the selected node. That let you see the node as it is connected to a Viewer node. This will work with "node wrangler" addon activated.
      I'll add screen cast keys in future video.

      @@ragoon3d thank you so much. I’ve been waiting for you’re reply so I can continue following your tutorial. Thank you for creating content like this, your channel will get instantly popular if you keep up with this content. I’ve noticed a lot of blender uses keep a lot of things to themselves, which I understand, competition and all, but it keeps noobs like himself so much since Blender is a vast resource. Thanks again 😊

      Figured it out, was a render error on my part, had to go into window on blender and click on lock interface to find the location of the missing tile once I did that made a folder with the “missing title” name and rendered again and it worked

    In min 16:18 your texture is rounded and there re two of them.
    But mine is a square plane.
    How did you that?

    • @ragoon3d
      @ragoon3d  Год назад

      You need to click the texture properties, which is the lowest tab, and than click open to load your texture. If you expend the tab to the side you'll see more than one image in the preview, but it's not necessary for it to work properly.
