    INGREDIENTS FOR THE PORK (Serve 2-3)
    350 grams (12 oz) of pork
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp of ginger, finely minced
    1/2 tsp of salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 egg white
    FOR THE FLOUR & STARCH MIXTURE
    1/3 cup of ap flour
    1/2 cup of cornstarch

    2 tsp of baking powder
    INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
    1.5 tbsp of tomato paste
    1/4 cup of ketchup
    3 tbsp of vinegar
    1/3 cup of water
