I own a pair of these beauties. I wish I could afford their respective subwoofers. The price is just right for these you just can't go wrong. The only thing I don't like is front light. That light should of be placed within the JBL logo, instead of separate down below. Oher than that, I love my speakers.
@ Those with negative comments on the new EON600 you area clearly very ignorant. Take the G215 & the 515XT and place them next to the EON615, then do an A, B, C comparison - The result is clear. 1) EON600 has a better sonic sound, similar to that of the LSR300 studio speaker in my opinion, 2) the new wave guide aperture guides more frequencies to the off axis position meaning you need less speakers or just more enjoyment off axis.
This unit looks nice but I will stay with my old G215s. I think there are useful features here- up to date stuff but the older units have low and high being sufficient for my purposes. Digital or switch mode amps with all the DSP are a nightmare to fix. Sure these would go louder and they are no doubt lighter but I am yet to hear a pair to make my mind up.
Hell YES! Do not use them if you're a DJ spinning house, edm, rap, top40. These speakers can't hang! Don't push them because either your tweeters or woofers will pop. I had 4 of them (2 ten inch, 2 fifteen inch). 3 of the 4 speakers blew tweeters at an event, thank good that at least one of them made it through the gig. I also have two of their subs (618S). The subs are okay, but these tops are for small groups of maybe 30 to 50 people. Their warranty repair department also sucks. They sent me to a "certified repair center" that was actually the home of some hillbilly rocker burnout. Dude knew I was showing up at noon to drop speakers off and didn't open the door when I got there. Waited two hours while he slept his hangover off and finally opened the door. I had to go back to this fool twice to get the tweeters fixed because he didn't fix it the first time. Horrible experience, wtf JBL?? But I digress, I would say that the best application for them would be for home use as a living room system, or for a garage band. I sold all 4 of mine and bought a pair if QSC K12.2. Legendary quality and 6 year warranty. You get what you pay for.
I am very disappointed in my JBL EON 615 while they sound good, both have let let me down less than 6 months old back for repair under warranty 3 months apart amp have failed in woofer on the first one and power supplied failed on the other cutting in out i would never trust these speakers unless you had 4 of them
That’s something I love about my 612, it’s not posing or distracting or childish in terms of design. A faithful servant for the musician.
I have a pair of 612s that just arrived today, but I’m at work, so this is the closest I can get to playing with them right now

Do they come as a pair or single as I have other JBL speakers but Bluetooth and need active speakers where in London central can hear these speakers

After one 1.4 mounts one speaker JBL EON610 not working . I used like computer speaker 20% volume and I don't disconnect from the power .
