This actually isn't that rare. I'd do something like this for my boyfriend because we both do so much for each other. I know if I needed the financial help, he would help me in a heartbeat. He even offered to pay for an apartment that we'd live in together while I go to college away from home because he knows how expensive it would be to commute every day from where I live. I've saved up money to buy him the nice things that he couldn't afford, like good quality jackets and clothes that he likes, so he doesn't have to. When you have mutual respect for each other and treat your partner well, this kind of thing isn't rare.

This actually isn't that rare. I'd do something like this for my boyfriend because we both do so much for each other. I know if I needed the financial help, he would help me in a heartbeat. He even offered to pay for an apartment that we'd live in together while I go to college away from home because he knows how expensive it would be to commute every day from where I live. I've saved up money to buy him the nice things that he couldn't afford, like good quality jackets and clothes that he likes, so he doesn't have to. When you have mutual respect for each other and treat your partner well, this kind of thing isn't rare.
