    Fascinating stuff, I knew you could glue/melt PC with acetone, but it's eye opening to see the fracturing under stress. Thanks for putting in the legwork and sharing your learning afterwards.

    I crashed my drone a few years back and bought a shell to repair it. I used locktight on all bolts because when I had disassembled it, it was used on the bolts. Yeah it ate thru my new shell/frame, I had to through it out. I bought a new one again no lock tight was used that time. Still flying to this day, what a scary experience when your new drone body falls apart 10 minutes after you just bolted it together again. Now my only thought is ''lock tight bad on plastic'' never again, thanks for video, cheers!

    We ran into this problem at a company I used to work for. Loctite makes a version called black max that we determined was safe for polycarbonate.
