Hello, I am a disabled person and as advice I would tell you that when you make a chair on the plate where you put your feet, put protection on the sides because in my case my feet hit the wheel and fall and I do not have the strength to lift my feet . , I have to ask for help and that can be avoided with protection.

Hello from the US. I agree with you that there could be some protection on the sides of the footrest but we do not make any of the chairs you see on our RUclips channel, we just sell the chairs. You should reach out to the manufacturer of the chair you have and let them know this information you shared with us. They could use the feedback to possibly put some protection on there for future customers.

That chair has a wider footrest and with the fender it covers the wheel perfectly and would correct the problem I have with my current chair.
