Thanks for this. Do you have advice for merging both hands during the part with lots of quavers on the left hand?

      Hi David.
The advise N. 1 is “Lots of Practice”. Study slowly, analysing firstly the rhythm and the notes / fingering of the complicated bars. The analysis helps you understand on which beat or half beat there are changes in one or in both hands, it helps you understanding how the single hands move and if there are specific patterns ( or, even more, the logic used by Tiersen ). Then study counting out loud and study using the metronome, from very slow speeds to step by step faster ones! Be patient, persevere… and study classical music to develop your piano technique.
      All the best,
      Gianluca
