Demo had more destruction than all crackdown 3 e3 trailer and gameplay combined.

kailash karkera kind of ironic since this pretty much has no environmental destruction and crackdown 3 has literal 100% destructible environments
kailash karkera Of which basically everthing was staged. This trailer looked awesome, no doubt, but this was all staged. Several QTE's and a bunch of scripted scenes.
And that's the problem I see. If it will stay like this it will be extremely much about QTEs, which I see as a lazy move to get some 'flow' going.
Big the way i see it fir events like these qtes are fine cause i doubt we will be able to move spidy the same way he did in those qtes with that accuracy and plus it give its a more cinematic look which is what insomniac is going for.
I've platinumed this and finished this game 4 times including DLC'S. And still watching this.
Way to go Sony. I'm a Spider-Man fan, even though I own the Xbox One S. Game looks great. Hopefully you Playstation fans get to enjoy this, because it does look good!

people are focusing on the scripted events, but this vertical slice showed plenty of gameplay scenarios, stealth and combat elements in the same vein as Rocksteady's Batman games (which is fine by me), during the helicopter chase they showed a bit of the city free roam, i'm ok with big cinematic events for the big set pieces, this lokks... Spectacular :)

Yes, it's similar to Arkham series. But there was a few Spider games before, more similar to this last one.

Combat and movement systems look like upgraded ones from Batman: Arkham series. Which is good!
Also: 2:32-2:57 Spidey left an innocent guy hanging upside down. He could die because of the cerebral hemorrhage, you know. Pete could just take him back to the groung after the fight is over, it's a matter of a few seconds for him. But he didn't. Looks suspecious.

The developers have said that there are 7-8 hostages total in this level. So there will be a lot more gameplay.

At 3:39 the big guy easily ripped through spidey’s web. In the game it is shown to hold back a helicopter before Mr. Negative blasted it. That would mean that person is stronger than a speeding helicopter.
