Is there anything wrong with having a sole proprietorship? It’s just me providing a service. Or is it better to have an LLC?
Major difference is having a lawsuit filed against you and your personal assets (Sole P) or against your entity (LLC) more legal protection

Hi Lynn, I have a question. when I first started my business I listed it under sole proprietor. However I am currently on my computer filling out for my LLC. would I need to go back and get another EIN number?? Or the once I have is good?

Ok. I like that you are now natural. That processed somewhat curl type style does not match your Brand. Those sort of styles are for the kids. Consider an Afro. It can still have curls while it stands defying gravity. I know you saw this in the mirror already. You thought "somethin' ain't right". But everyone else is telling you different.
