War in the East 2 Tutorial - Theatre boxes, events and the reinforcements schedule

Despite its name, in WITE2 you must pay attention also to other aspects beside the Eastern Front. In this tutorial, we will therefore have a look at theatre boxes, events and reinforcements.

10:51 "Combat Divisions: The number of division equivalents in the Theatre." as per manual section 36.12.1 p. 431. I tried to work out the calculation myself from export commander's report CSV file and it's hopeless. I think many of the units are sub-division size, they have TOE percentage below 100 (for instance I found division units in WE theatre box averaged around 50% TOE), and there are probably other factors, such as unit status (ready, unready, etc) and mode (normal, refit, reserve). In the WitW manual, they make the distinction between frontline units and units in refit mode, and I suspect something similar is occurring here).

Well spotted, I did not take into accout the TOE of the units!
