Once again, very useful and informative videos! I plan on using these stretches immediately as I have both hip flexor tightness and overcoming a back strain! Oss
@@aaronbenzrihembjj6014 and you can still train? I've been diagnosed with a disc bulge and I have a constant pain in my lower back. Thanks to PT and going to the gym three times a week I can move freely but the pain is still there. I'm afraid to go back to jiu-jitsu. I can handle running for ten minutes or doing squats with a kettlebell, but having another human being on my body scares me now :)
@@xFastela Yes I still train very often, with very little pain. To be honest running affects my low back much more than BJJ. I think it’s all relative and depends on body type, experience level, training partners, etc.
Awesome routine! Can't wait to try this!
Man - I've been doing these daily for only a month and forget bjj, my day to day is WAY better!
Thankyou
Great video! I always wondered why my lower back hurt after playing guard for extended periods of time.

Thank you! They work, truly! I have sciatica from a disc bulge from bjj and a car accident - they've changed my quality of life. Hope they help you!
