For neomorphic buttons, I would usually use 2 drop shadows with the same X and Y just one in a pos number and one in a neg. So for example - drop shadow 1: -8X -8Y in white. drop shadow 2: 8X 8Y in a darker colour. (not too dark though 🤪) I guess you can do this with inner shadows too though! I hope that helps ☀️🤗

If the darker one has negative axis then some say it feels like the button is in 'pressed' state rather than idle so what is correct?
You can either use shapes to create circles OR you can google “circle text symbols” and you will find text symbols you can copy and paste into your text field in Figma. I hope that helps! 🙏🏼☀️
