Started two weeks ago in Lafayette, Louisiana part time in combination with your videos and feel like with each day I'm smoothing out the process and realizing I can easily make more than my initial goal and really enjoying it. It is very addicting and had to stop myself after going 7 days straight while seeing that I can do less and make the same amount because of the tips that you have giving and always trying to refine my strategy
This is a good, informative vid. However, the principles you suggested (that I have uncovered) only work for certain Dashers. I have served Door Dash for a year at the end of this month, and I must say, I have tried every strategy to obtain the earnings stated in my contract. I hit it once! Almost twice, but never again. I really enjoy your platform, youre doing awesome work!💯✌🏾
I don't mind small orders as long as its small miles , because usually that small order puts right into a stack to another bigger pickup or those small quick wins add up real quick. The key is the miles to the pickup and destination.
Here lately after gas Insurance not even including phone or repairs that crap has been about $8 bucks an hr. The agurizem stops you at a certain point. Hope it gets it together soon. And by the way howdy Bentley 😂❤
Wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, then her employer fired her. So I needed a part time job. I Dashed for my first week last week. Dash time of 26h 51m. Active time of 19h 46m. I made $443.85 on 62 deliveries, driving 690.20 miles.

I think there are just bad order DD days too 🤷🏻♀ Every now and then I get just a poop day where I sit and wait and all they send me is caa caa.. Markets are different too so KNOW YOUR MARKET! You can't go by what other dashers are making/doing in other states. It might take a few weeks to know what area you need to be in to make the money you want. I am limited really to just weekends but I know dashers in my area making that chedda during the week and in the evenings. GET IT! MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT DOORDASH NOT CORRECTING RATINGS FROM CUSTOMERS. AND SHOULD BE A TIME LIMIT TO RATE A DASHER!!!!
They definitely should limit the rating time. DD told me they have 15 days after delivery to leave a rating . If they got their food with no issues then why not give them a 24hr window to rate. I also don't like the fact that the Dasher does not get the opportunity to explain a bad delivery situation they just take the customers word for it and knock your rating down
@@prettyhot1 I told them otp to give a 12-24hr. Window, maybe even a 2hr.
Have you noticed the base pay drop? They used to pay 3.00 and then then dropped to 2.75 and stayed that way for a long time. About a month ago, they lowered it to 2.00 per order and 2.75 for a double stacked order. Plus the tips are lower now as well. 8000+ completion dasher here. Thanks.
I'm having an issue with doordash, I live in Yuma Arizona, and we don't get the orders like Phoenix would. However I don't have a reliable vehicle yet, to even attempt to go to Phoenix to try to make a little cash there for three or four days and then come back and then do my thing here. But DoorDash doesn't seem to understand that even with the hourly rate now, a drive could take me from where I'm at in Yuma Arizona to one of the outlaying towns, like summerton or to the foothills, or even on the reservation. So many times I'll get slingshot across not just this town but other towns from one town to the other. A drive could take 30 minutes to get there and it'll take me 30 minutes to get back to the red zone. Now I try to take every order unless I'm having car issues like a flat tire once I got stuck in the sand once. But DoorDash doesn't take that into consideration. What would your advice be
I'm responding because I had issues in my area with getting orders and I downloaded Uber eats I also tried other apps just so I can have options but I would see about Uber eats because you can decline all day and they'll keep sending you offers you you just take the ones that are closer to you sometimes an area has too many dashers. I hope that you can when they get a better car and your problem will be solved

Hello buddy I was wondering if I need special auto insurance to be a door dash delivery driver? Do I need a commercial policy?
I make so much more money these days with other platforms these days. Since August it's been nearly impossible to make money on the door dash platform.
i want to bring up a situation I had dashing yesterday. I accepted an order shopping for alcohol at ABC Wines. When I went to complete the delivery, I had to do ID verification, doordash changed the scanner to verify the customers' ID to a smaller window about the size of a qr scanner where it was unable to scan the ID and the option to type in the info was no longer given if it couldn't scan. I had to call customer service to complete the order, I complained to customer service about the scanner being changed making it impossible to use. This makes me not want to do alcohol orders anymore. Anybody else have this issue?

Sir We were wondering if you could help some fellow Dashers in Gilroy California. I'm going to tell you a little story I used to make 2 to $300 a day here in Gilroy California. Lately it's been tough in an 8 hour day to make $80. Recently as I was standing in line to pick up an order there was another individual standing in line next to me picking up an order. Then he got two more orders on additional phones, and he had a phone still in his back pocket. Not a racist but these people are illegal immigrants and they are all doing it running three and four phones having their buddies and family members signup and they just use the phones for dashing I recently sat online waiting for an order for 3 hours all the while watching people with ab60 drivers license get orders because they're running 4 phones!!! This is fraud and doordash needs to crack down on this because it's coming your way! Bentley is there anything you can do to help please??? Has anybody else's wages dropped off this might be the reason stay vigilant report it to doordash.
