- Three passengers allege American Airlines employees removed Black men from a January flight due to a body odor complaint.
Something about this doesn't add up.
In the language of laundry, White means clean. Black, brown.and yellow means stains.
Know the difference between humans and laundry, do not mix both.
And one cannot prove odor without checking each and every passenger. If you can do that, check EVERYBODY
I agree.
What?! Put them on a later flight because of BO? Doesn’t make sense, because body odor would be even worse several hours later. 🤷🏻♀️
Not only that, I've been on AA flights where people removed their shoes producing a putrid smell that I had to endure for hours; Flight attendents didn't remove anyone and they didn't mention it.
I worked at a casino. I'm sure it was skunk weed. If they did smell it's on them. A private company has the right to remove anybody. But.. you know...the race card
@@henryc6271 Ugh, that tends to happen with athlete's foot or when people use the same shoes every day.
Their body odor is the worst, if we're being honest.
Ummm after it rains your kind smells like a dog …everyone knows this so go fetch something Neanderthal
The case against the airline stinks!💩
I need to sue too
I am.
Some body odors can be extremely offensive…I would not want to ride next to anyone, regardless of color that smelled to the high heavens! Take a shower with soap before you fly.
Yes but none of the men taken off had body odor. This is racism, plain and simple. I've been around a lot of people in my life and some people no matter how much they shower produce a foul odor. Eating raw garlic can make a person's sweat smell really bad and soap doesn't have any effect.
@@IceLynne how do you know ? maybe not the three in the interview but somebody in that video clip had to be funky . but i believe it was about race .
@@jhodges7041Why not take the man who complained to another flight, this is just like a person being mad about a baby on a flight crying.
Pay attention. There was no body order. So law suit it is!!
I got stuck next to a putrid smelling flier on my last flight out of Brooklyn, what a miserable experience trying to suppress the gag reflex. Flying has become just like riding on a Greyhound or subway, that is my greatest fear getting stuck to Pigpen.
Oh please
You only leave a 🤡 comment because 💩 like that doesn't affect you.
Sue American Airlines. I agreed with your guys.
They probably smelled like weed
Hatred is exhausting comment

Nothing, and I mean nothing, happens on an aircraft without the permission of the captain. This means all flight attendants, whomever was the supervising flight attendant, the captain and co-pilot, plus the American Airlines staff at the gate knew and accepted what was happening and why. That American Airlines has the nerve to corporate-speak about "core" values without sufficient pushback from every single corporate news agency attests to the times in which we live. Core values are demonstrated by each and every American Airlines employee, the companies and people they contract with, every single time they interact with the public. This incident (and many, many others in the past) demonstrates their "core" values are only worth the cost of the ink to print it on a manual somewhere.
I could not imagine smelling so bad, you get thrown off a plane, that's a powerful funk😬
They don’t even wash their legs in the shower! Come on mane!!!!!!! In my Boosie voice American is done we have to stay on code no more American for me!!!!!!
I’d like to hear some other sides to this story
I’m tired of the damn race card BS…!!!
So it was a white male flight attendant who complained about the smell, I find it hard to believe that 8 random black men would all be smelly at the same time and same place (unless they were all on the street and homeless). If anyone did smell it's possible the flight attendant couldn't tell who it was and deliberately targeted the 8 black men, the smelly person (if there was one) could have been White or Asian. The only conclusion I can come to is that they were discriminated against.
Agree. This is complete BS. I’m glad they sued. I’m glad it’s on the news too.
@@DeeLite220yes it’s a complete BS that “ victims” are trying to pull
@@trmlesq1321 So you think they left the plane on their own, held up the plane, then got back on an hour later just to claim discrimination?
"Uh oh. Foot odor"
Let me have baby Johnson powder
What's wrong with the smell of menthol and vaseline 😮
Bad body odor, doesn’t discriminate.
Not gonna lie im black and one of them dudes in the video looked like he was stanking not the three gentlemen in the interview .
I guarantee some of them were probably reeking with loud!
Lol. RESPECT MAH STINK
Because they smell like "jack!"
All I smell is money for these 3 men. $$$$
Boeing at it again? 😂
Some body odors can be extremely offensive…I would not want to ride next to anyone, regardless of color that smelled to the high heavens! Take a shower with soap before you fly.
Yeah, anyONE but all 8 of them at the same time? I find it hard to believe all 8 black men were smelly.
@@V.E.R.O. what if they were?
@@bpapao I seriously doubt it. I've been around black people in all places (supermarkets, clinics/hospitals, amusement parks/ at work, etc) and it's never happened that every black person that happened to be there stinks. The only feasible place I can think that would have happened is during Katrina.
Those are AFRICANS THEY DO HAVE ODOR THEY DONT USE DEORANT
@@TRACECTRACY-ll7fw They're not Africans, they're from the US.
I'm in the process of suing American Airlines for them violating HIPAA laws.
So the male flight attendant pointed them out….Interesting.
Cant tell if legal or not perhaps!
Ridiculous
Wow… just horrible
some people are oblivious to their own odor, maybe there should be an electronic meter that can measure how stinky you are.
😂😂😂😂
This is old
What's more plausible:
1) American Airlines actually is hunting black men or
2) 3 black men as a group intentionally made themselves smell so bad as to get tossed off (and then sue the airline)?
Intentionality made themselves smell so bad. I'd be what if they were 3 wt men?
@@ཇཇཀཟས The "scam" would not work that way. No one would have even cared if Jussie Smollett was white.
Whatever. Trying to make some quick bucks!
Stay mad pale man 🤡
Exactly. They’d rather not work
I hope they get millions each. American Airlines cannot behave this way without getting punished. Discrimination based on race was outlawed many years ago.
Lies they just want money
It is all on cell phone videos!
@@rosannekatonwalden1620lol they want money!’
@@jko1854 Of course they want money, who doesn't? and I understand how people enjoy playing the victim, but fact of the matter is that this was blatant racism and clear violation of policy. Clear as day. They should sue AA for every penny they can get.
@@jko1854 Let’s round up YOU and all the white men on an air plane, none whom know each other, in full view of other travelers and perp walk them out of the plane, Then Tell them loudly that they are being removed because they are white and one racist black man seated on board said they smell! You would be the first in line to sue. These Black men MUST sue or this same disgusting racist profiling will happen to their sons, because corporate America only changes immoral behavior when it hits THEIR pocketbooks.
They ain’t DinDu Nuffins
B.s
Hahaha....aak them who sherry Joseph is...lol....the the director of human resources and administration for public citizen a civil rights group...hmmm who is she related to...
Tell us!
This could’ve been settled with travel credits and hotel and food vouchers.
You think racism can be wiped away that easily?
Or not employing racists.
@@IceLynnethey have the most distinct and foul BO, especially when combined with marijuana.
They do stink… not our faults Daquayvius, LanronTavion and DeKwonderion don’t bathe
Take your 1950s BS with your grave, and it would stink too
If you watched the piece the plaintiffs' names are Alvin, Emmanuel and Xavier.
Also, "fault" doesn't require pluralisation as you're referring to one issue.
You're welcome ☺
