Another great video Dino. Too much work for me, instead we bought a mint condition used tent trailer and I have "un-camperized" the Jeep. Hoping to do a trip next year maybe to NB to visit friends but for now it's just Provincial parks in ON.

I believe I mentioned it is 1/2” Marine Grade Plywood. I have read that it should be 3/4”, but when I test fitted different thicknesses to fit under the door ledge, 1/2” seemed to work best. If I forced it, maybe 3/4” could have worked? Either way, the double layers of fiberglass and the coats of epoxy on both sides of the new floor made for a super solid new floor. Have fun.
Love the video! I am unsure if I have rotted wood through. I did find some under the right dinette bench. Do you think I should cut a section of the interior fiberglass floor to get a sense of the plywood condition?
Sorry I should have been More clear. I believe they used a hole saw to cut the top fiberglass layer off and the plywood, without cutting through the floor and use the one inch core to assess the condition.

I successfully removed all of the steel plates. Though, a couple of my early cuts using the multi tool went through both layers and even cut a small slit in the ensolite. Fortunately, I only made that mistake a couple times. I did 1 layer of the long stranded bondo as you suggested. Sanded. Then completed 1 layer of short stranded. I have not sanded that layer yet. It seems like I am going to have a lot of dips in the bondo. After I sand, I will go over it with the filler. Do you think multiple layers of filler will smooth everything out?

Some people still one inch holes to determine the condition of the floor in various areas.

Yes. I did that. I used plain bondo and added it to do final evening out.
Would replacing rotten plywood with ridget foam board work
