Honestly the amazing part about how short of a time it took a little overhead it took and how much money you made is the best part but something that’s understated is that house looks a ton better now
Nice job. Now get home and make some wands so I can get mine in the mail. lol. Man I’m so happy to hear you just do soft wash. I just bought a 7gpm 12 v and was affraid I couldn’t was houses with it. Though you needed xjet. So you would shout stucco homes with a 3 % mix what do you recommend for a hose nozzle for rinsing I have the flexzulla hose but wasn’t sure what type of spray nozzle does the beat rinse from the home spicket. Tku again.
David Bender stucco around 3% usually works well The rinse wands that we like to use if we are just using house pressure are available at tractor supply. I’ll see if I can find a link for you.
Yes I just bought that one the other day for when you rinse bushes but that’s different from what your helper was using in the 18minute house wash I tried to pause the video to see what he used but can’t. Looks like a ball valve or something. Tku again

Hi, Do you have a video on how you set up this type of work master canopy pressure washer system on a pickup truck? If so can you provide a link Thanks
Great two man system! I noticed that yalls rinse down is pretty quick. Do you not need to thoroughly rinse so that none of the mix sticks to the house from what's not rinsed off? I find myself rinsing everything which might be taking me too long.
It probably just looked really quick because the video was time lapsed. We were using the ball valve on our pressure washer. I can assure you This house got a thorough rinse down. It is always important to rinse off the siding completely
Great video... Which 12v pump works best for you? On your site you are selling the Eveflo 5.5. I'm using the Everflo 7gpm diaphragm pump... 1/2" plumbing all around... maybe the better question is, what nozzle tip sizes do you recommend. My current tips are 50 orifice tips, 250 feet 1/2" hose, and I get about a 12 feet stream with a 0050 tip. I have people telling me I should be getting 30 feet... I need every bit of 30 to clean the roofs around here from a ladder at the gutter if a can't walk it. any input would be appreciated. Thank you...
5.5 pump is better. Less pull and issues with your battery. Your hose length determines your gpm anyways. You're not pushing 7 gpm with 200ft of hose i guarantee you that.
We prefer 5.5 Because it is just less strain on the electrical components. Plus we sort of want to be conservative on our bleach usage. A 7 gallon a minute is really going to be starved if you are running half inch lines. I suggest you grab a 5.5 and slap it on your system, I can pretty much guarantee you’ll see a performance increase. Looks like this house was out of town. Possibly on well water? If so how do you protect yourself from it? Have u ever ran a well dry? Or do u just tell people you don’t wash homes with well water. City only?
Logan Majors this house had county water. We do wash houses that have a well. When you are soft washing, you don’t use that much water anyway. In this case, we used our pressure washer to rinse with, which will use a good bit more water. However we have options on our truck to use less water if needed

Basically, is there a minimum outside temperature that you need to stay above for it to get the job done? Thank you.
K. P. We did rinse what little landscaping there was, but on a house wash mix (1%) and in the dead of winter it’s not a big issue. Just make sure to rinse off vegetation after the wash
Really nice video and execution on the house wash. Was he rinsing with a ball valve on a pressure washer? If so, will that disturb oxidized vinyl? Edit. I should have read more comments before asking but im still curious on disturbing oxidation
It appears that y’all rinse hose is coming from your truck instead of using the homeowners water connection. If that is in fact the case how are y’all pressurizing your rinse line?
James Bryson The customers water supply goes into our truck. From there it connects to several rinse options. On this particular job we utilized our pressure washer, and our high flow ball valve which is the line you are seeing coming out of the truck
Great book that discusses addons is profit first by mike (something with an itz on the end). Point he made was that sometimes add ons actually cost you money by diluting your offerings. Decks are a whole different animal than siding. And generally take longer to do correctly. He just showed finishing a house in less than half an hour. If the deck takes him 1 or 2 hours to do that's a lot of houses he isn't washing.
Bo L you should always identify oxidized areas before you begin. Yes vinyl siding can have oxidation issues. That is where it comes into play that you educate the customer and set reasonable expectations. Some companies do offer oxidation removal, however we do not
In the video you say that you "12volt everything", but isn't your rinse guy using a pressure washer? So for a guy starting out can solo can it all be done with 12v or better to have a pressure washer for rinsing. I assume it is because a pressure washer will move more water
Richard Graham you absolutely do not need a pressure washer to get started. You can rinse off with just regular house pressure and it will be fine. It will add a little bit of time to the job tho.

Eric Thomas Bland guys, I have no reason to lie about the time frame. Dusty blew out the back gutter while he was rinsing the back of the house. If you are spending 18 minutes watering plants on a house wash strength (1 - 1.5%) plus its winter time, your wasting a lot of time. We do rinse plants but spending a ton of pre rinse time on a house wash isn’t necessary. Obviously a new guy doesn’t need to get in a hurry and try to go too fast. But we ain’t new guys. The point of the video was just showcasing how efficient softwash can be.
