I belive James Brown was looking down saying good job young man you done me proud. This wasn't Chris's band he was in the crowd and they asked him if he would sing a song with them.
@@ROMsquad your welcome. Love watching your reactions. I don't know much about rap and hip hop im more of a country and rock person. I love your reactions because you break down the songs and what they are trying to say. I've also learned a lot from you about the history of rap and hip hop. So thank you sir and keep up the good work.
Thank you as I’m learning from you that Rock has many layers and as an art form is very difficult cuz you make the music with your bare hands sweat and soul. Thanks brotha mad love and respect fam 🤜🏻🤛🏽
Great to see you reviewing Chris Stapleton, yay! Another rabbit hole... You might enjoy his tributes to Aretha Franklin and to Prince ... Oh, and his live performances are even better than the studio recordings...
What makes it better is this is not Chris's band this is the Shadowboxers which are a pop r&b band... They were doing a couple nights in a club in Nashville and were theming the nights this one was their funk night.. They knew chris, in passing, but asked him if he wanted to come to the show and while he was there he decided to get up with them and perform... So this whole performance of its a mans world was impromptu and improvised...
Please go down Chris Stapleton rabbit hole songs either way, watch you burn, devil always made me think twice, I was wrong, barley alive, whiskey sunrise I have yet to find a bad one… love your reaction and enthusiasm.
That’s not his band. Those are musicians who are fans. He came up out of the audience at their request👏🏽 Chris is phenomenal 🔥 Live performance videos I Was Wrong Sometimes I Cry Audio recordings Death Row Cold
ALOT OF ARTISTS THESE DAYS FEAR CHRIS COVERING THEIR SONGS.... BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT WILL ULTIMATELY BE BETTER THAN THEIR ORIGINAL RENDITION...LOL...!!!
As to your question... Lots of credit/blame to go around. The band for getting him out of the audience. People in the audience for requesting the song. Chris for acquiescing and nailing it with zero preparation.
I said last time that he's more like SRV then country. He reminds me of Kenny Wayne Shepherd a little too. Check out his song Blue on Black and see what I mean. Classic rock, not country to me.
It's not his band. He was in the audience and they asked him if he would play. He said Hell Yeah I'll do it. He only played that one song and he had to leave cause he was doin' a show somewhere else.
If you want to hear an awesome cover of this song listen to Angelina Jordan cover this she's a 12 year old girl and does an amazing cover of this song. NO CAP! 😆😆😆 first time in my life I've ever said that

That "caricature" at the start does not look like you at all...is it supposed to be you? That image is huge and old and scruffy...
