Remember heal only last 8 seconds, so another tip is if you shield and they don't take damage for even 2.5 seconds, the heal is wasted. Also since there is no overheal. Sometimes if an enemy's sees that heal go out early, they may wait like 4 seconds so it burns most of it.

Like she feels extremely dogshit at casuals ,cause you know youre average casual teamates are just pubishing head first into caos just for them to get violated,decimated,and then sent to oblivion back to the lobby.Like her passive is straight up ass ,her tac is good however the cool down feels too long and the healing she receives is too short,her ult is only good indoor it would be nice if the stun could be 1.5 secobds longer and it deals 15 damage and thats it .
Currently, she is in a good place, I get why she would be more difficult for casuals who are not thinking. Also, because we have not had a legend like Conduit before. BUT, I am confident over time we will most likely see her dominate. Curious to see how that will change as the season progresses. Her pick rate still remains number 1 which is higher compared to other legends who have released.
This is a bad take. Her tac cooldown is so low she can effectively give one of her teammates infinite Shields and her passive gives her a perminat speed boost. Also her ultimate is arguably a better caustic ult. You are just bad at the game unfortunately.

I switched bang to conduit I was dropping 4 to 5 kills with bang every game but now with conduit I drop 10 to 12 kills
