since been doing a lot of coaching been noticing a lack of use of the range. Today's video we dedicate to some exercises to using the range and where best to stand when facing the target dummies!
you’d be happy to know i spend so much time in the range with this new range that i get kicked out at least 3 times before i’m done 🙃 ”error server running too long”
if you really want to bring more viewers in, you should consider showing your face. doesnt matter how you look. YOu should be getting more viewers than u currently have. For some reaosn people like knowing the streamers / youtubers face. Its a big thing. you should consider it
@@JackJackKcajify Its okay, I am happy where things are. The video content is helping people and channel is in a great spot. I used to show my face ALL the time on Twitch. But with working multiple jobs, this just is easier.
@@Dazs Personally I couldn't care less if someone shows their face or not - tbh I almost prefer not as it's just going to block part of the screen when you're showing us stuff. Either way I come for the absolutely top-tier content and make sure I share it with all my friends, telling them they HAVE to watch it, so keep doing what you're doing!!!
thank you so much for taking the time to create an aim training video that applies specifically to console players who don’t have the ability to use AimLabs for our console setups 💕 Especially with our amazing new firing range there are sooo many possibilities for exercises to practice and improve gameplay 💕
Ever since this new firing range dropped I realised I started to play worse and worse no matter how much time I kept practicing in the firing range. I was beaming in the firing range but was very inconsistent in game. What caused this? It was me was putting the targets to strafe in ''running speed'' like this video says during my warm ups/practice sessions. Because repetition builds muscle memory if you mainly or only practice on targets that move in running speed like I was, thinking it would make me better because it makes it harder, when an enemy in game moves slower or does shorter strafes it will throw your aim off cause you'll be used to over pulling to be able to keep up with a running speed strafe. 95% of the time you fight someone they will not be moving at a running speed let alone strafing at that speed, they'll be moving at ads or hipfire strafe speeds which are both still a lot slower than running speed. Ever since I stopped doing this and mainly using ''random walking speed'' on the dummies I've been able to be more consistent since thats how fast most ppl move in gave when in fights.
Great guide, I've been doing something similar running a mid range and close range wep naked on dynamic (close-mid range), then mid range 1-2x scope with strafe, finally improve sniping or long range shots with mid weps. Turn it all on hard at the end and see how long I last without healing, then do it again but can loot boxes. Doesn't take too long to do either!
Im fairly new to apex legends about level 32 and this and your how to find your playstyle guide has helped me so much. I tried out caustic and I like him but i don't really think fortifying a building or an area is my playstyle but I really like going for different angles and positions on an enemy and using his ultimate to push an enemy out of an area. thank you for making these guides you are a top tier explainer!
You always had the best instructional videos. I remember I used to watch your Emea and Apac N watchparties (where you had the spectator view). That was a lot of fun!
Heeey everyone, something no one talks about in these drill videos is: try to focus on your breathing while doing the drills, take deep breaths on your nose, really feel your lungs getting full of air and then exale trought your mouth... do this before starting the drill and then try to do it while doing the drill, it may feel a little awkward at first, but it will pay off It will send more oxigen to your brain, you'll feel less ancsious, and you'll be able to think faster and smarter
you can definitely do that afterwords, i think that first exercise is to help get you comfortable with hitting all your shots in a one-mag up close and getting used to the recoil at the same time, trying not to miss any shots. also you’d be surprised how predictably some enemies move when you do get this close to them 😜

It makes sense. What speed do you put em on?

Super useful exercises for the new range!
I was just thinking you should make this video 😂 love you man❤
oh my God finally !! and i think you should make an update on 4K damage but take your time don’t rush things
I take my shield and helmet off to up the pressure a lil bit
Definitely helping me get better with my recoil!
I was waiting for this video! Thank you daddy dazs!
ayo what
love all your guides,
big fan of ur videos
Yes finally a firing range. Aim training vid
As a new console player this dudes mid range is my long range 😬 his beam skills are too good.
Excellent video

best video on yt
Shouldn’t We also train with hitting Dummies on Random strafing as they move similar to human players?
Thanks but wouldn't it be better to set the the strafe to random instead of constant so that the dummies have more realistic movement?

Targets don't strafe fast enough and not narrow enough. Apex doesn't have people doing long strafes it's short and fast ones
Thank you!
Daz what is your favorite song that you were listening to?
Thnx Dazs
