From what I've learned through 1000 hrs on Apex (700hrs of try harding) *think of your aim as a two way input, your mouse/right stick is only half the aim. Your movement also affects your ability to track players going at mach speed. Use your strafe to control horizontal recoil and mouse/right stick for vertical recoil* *focus on the enemy you're firing at instead of the reticle, Apex is more of a tracking game than a flicking game like Valorant. So, keeping strict tracking on the enemy is more important than being pixel perfect on your reticle.* *positioning. Where you are while fighting is always more important than your raw technical skill. A guy on high ground with good aim will almost always win against someone whose on low ground with the "better" aim.* *stop trying to learn everything all at once, do them like a check list instead. First learn the basics of fps shooters, then the character you like playing, then the basic movement techniques. It's up to you on whether you'd expand on that or not.* *lastly, Apex is a confidence game. Always have the ego of a honey badger whenever you're going to fight someone. Even though "it's just a video game", irl sports mindset still gives you a good chance of winning despite the cards not being in your favor. If you lost, gg nice try go next. Crying or raging about it is a waste of time and energy.*
Hah somehow i always fight against a whole team when i try to beam someone down I always get shot at and not the guy thats obviously low as hell cause idk "logic" i guess
This is probably one of the best tips for aiming videos I’ve seen…simple, straight forward, and easy to understand tips that anyone, regardless of current skill level, can practice and implement into their own play…so just wanted to give props to you and say thanks for an awesome video that has definitely helped me out!!
What I appreciate in the video is how clearly you see the enemies when you fire, not a single muzzle flash from the gun. Now that you start explaining, paste the cfg commands that you use and it will also be easier for other people to aim.
I started this video thinking that these tips would just be a basic recycled video. But man, these tips are legit. Especially the recoil smoothing. Great tips and killer gameplay bro 🤙
Wow, I legitimately didn't know recoil smoothing was a thing! But now that you mention it, there have definitely been fights where I used it to my advantage but I guess I just didn't realize it. Thanks for the great tip(s)!
"slow your shot", when I realised that I was making this mistake it was a game changer, I went from randomly loosing easy 1v1 to beeing able to team wipe with a Peacekeep from time to time. That's a golden rule now for me, slow down a bit and dont "panic shot" just for the sake of shooting.
Be careful when adding attachments to make it “better” because you will not have those attachments each game without fail. It’s better to learn with no attachments and heres an example Putting a 1x optic on a spitfire, I can hit a significant amount of my shots, but the iron sights fuck me up every time i use them so i need to practice with iron sights, not the 1x im not guaranteed. Similarly, you wont always have barrels to reduce recoil so its actually REALLY important to practice recoil with the base weapon. Once you figured that out, it’ll be super easy, barely an inconvenience to control recoil with attachments.
@@Esidi yeah its def good practice for when you get the mags! I just prefer to practice without them cuz theres no guarantee and i often dont find a mag unless im opening assault bins with bangalore or something
In my experience, after learning decent aim, movement helps a lot to polish it. By practicing hitting shots mid walljump or tap strafe, my tracking and flicks have been insane
Tips for me is keep calm while playing. Sometimes when you overheat or too much focused or easy panic. Your body is move on its own, and you gonna feel the game become so fast. So try to relax, find your best sit and hand position. Than you gonna find the game is bit slower, and you can adjust your aim everytime your aim is going shaky.
Bro you won’t believe the time I spent Trying to find a good video and let me tell you these are some good tips can’t Say expect for thank you so much keep The good content and hope you reach 100k subs❤
Ahh same my weak point is aiming which means my aim will never improve past a certain point (speaking from experience, 2500 hours in apex btw and over 7 years on fps games btw) and life doesnt like me so that’s probably my problem
Recoil smoothing seems nice but it feels like it makes me vunarable and there’s some situations it feel I can’t use it. Is there any tips for this thanks
You earned a follow partner, hope to see you out in the field. There’s never too much information when strategy is involved. Most of these were being done on accident, now I can replicate them intentionally. Thanks man.
hey I have a good tip. change your colorblind mode to trinational. the last one, it makes the colors pop out more when your looking for a rarity. it basically makes the colors brighter and it makes the damage counter purple. its cool
I quit playing apex around season 10 due to me being max level I decided to download it back and realized I lost all my skill’s especially aiming I really needed this thx
I've played this game for 1200+ hours and still in Diamond rank. So it's my another tip to pro in this game (well, i know some of people will disagree with my opinion): 1) Don't be ego if you play with your friend or solo queuing. Remember your roles (example, if you use Hound, don't forget to scan the area when there are no activity in order to not get camped by enemies) 2) Team work is number one. If 1 teammate dies, it's so hard to get the banner back (Well if you're a Pred, maybe it's another story). Stay stick with each other 3) Remember the guns do you use. If you use SMG, play close. If you use Carbine, play medium/long (this is my experience). 4) I know it's out of context, but device is also effect to your game sense. I'm playing with 75Hz monitor and $35 mouse HyperX Pulse Fire Core (ignores the keyboard). And when I use my friend device that using 240Hz monitor and and Pulsar X2 Mini, my gaming sense was like Aceu frfr. So that's my tip for playing this game, thank you :D
No joke y’all I turned down my sens from like 4 to like 2.3 and my micro adjustments in my aim was so much better, even though I usually play on his sens bc I play cod and ttk is so much fast there that you don’t really need to do a lot of adjustments. My kdr went up by like .25 and my dmg went up by 250 , still need to practice a bit more tho lol
I love how they all just say aim smoothing. At exactly 7:00 in the video you beam with the flatline. You are not strafing in one direction and pulling the other. You’re standing in one spot but you’re still beaming. What is the damn secret that everyone is keeping from the community. You all say aim smoothing and yes that does work but most fights you don’t have the luxury of just moving One Direction. However anytime good player shoot their weapons whether they’re moving or not moving they still have no recoil. I would love for someone to actually make a video about what the real Secret is because you talked about aim smoothing and then two minutes later didn’t do that yet your recoil was perfect. Aside from that though great video !!!
Im actually curious what would be the general consensus on edpi, i see its usually around 1200-1400. I play on 4500 edpi and honestly anything bellow that just feels too slow and awful, I play on ultrawide which might also affect that.
1. I've been told to aim at the outer edge of the opposite side of an enemies strafe so if they strafe the other way it's back into your shots. That was from someone who's Astra on kovaaks. 2. Lower sens is a crutch. Not saying it's bad but it really is a crutch. 3. You're not counter strafing in all of these clips, I do believe you're using anti recoil cheats, unless you have better recoil control than any pro I've ever seen, in which case Kudos.
Love the video! These tips are definitely going to help and going to try it. But how low is the sensitivity for pros? My is currently at default which is idk if that’s high for my a regular player like me. My aiming is improving by doing aim drills in the firing range
Might be a niche tip and not work for some if you find it distracting; I find myself able to slow down and focus more on my movement and aiming whenever I can clearly hear my mouse clicking and keyboard .. clacking makes me more aware ig
I know I got solid aim but my problem is definitely reaction time, it takes a sec for me to readjust my aim, I definitely feel punished in Plat lobbies for this problem
crosshair placement might be the most important thing you to focus on so that when you do need to shoot you are already lined up so you don't need to react as fast
Here is a tip which will make you God at apex.. First, Dont get Shot and hit your Shot first Second: Always ADS And never click both at the same time Third: Use Cover Fourth:Stand Still with less movment to get gud shots Fifth:Practice and play every day
I've found that a 4/5 sens. Is the best overall sens. Helps with movement and the bump up in ads makes it so much easier to flick and adjust your aim being that it's normally slower than hip.
I have good aim especially in cod. But for whatever reason I just struggle in apex. I do all the damage and get them low but I always struggle to finish the kill and end up dying
I would recommend prioritizing positioning. A lot of COD players run out into the open because they are used to the fast time to kill, but in Apex many times you will shoot all your bullets and be left in the open. Play around cover so you have time to reload without taking damage :)
I tried the one on one with two friends for 2 hours. I only won once, and it was because I sneaked up when one was distracted. Also I had red shield the whole time while they had to use gray shield so... Idk why they still play trios with me 🤣
I'm still waiting for a legend who can fake the sounds of a fight so when you show up to 3rd party you take more precautions because you never know if it's a real fight or a new legend using abilities to fake sounds

don't know for other content creators but for example, Aceuis on 800dpi use a 1.0x optic sensitivity which is equal to his sensitivity in other games like valorant. What would you recommend putting the aim sensitivity on?
Firstly - you have to buy controler. 2. Play oné week 3. Ur top aim player
