Love the blue outfit but I rather the mock turtleneck more than a full turtle. Just that little bit of neck showing keeps from having the floating head look. I’m currently in love with a black and camel wardrobe with gold jewelry. These monochrome looks are great on you.

I live in LA so no it doesn't get cold lol. But I'm sure you could layer underneath them if needed!
