This video is a detailed assembly and basic test of this laser engraver. The performance of the laser engraver depends on the software you use and experience with it. I am not a professional at this. I will make another video with this device when I learn more about laser engraving and get more experience. I hope you like the video and the device.

I have a question for an expert like you !
We purchased on January 2023, a NEJE 3 Max laser tool with rail extension kit that we installed in a properly accessorized box.
A Win 10 desktop PC is used to communicate with the laser tool via Lightburn.
Firmwares were up-to-date, so we didn’t update them.
1- We set the machine to work on an area of 740 x 960 and not 810 x 1030, because we found that movements beyond these limits could cause collisions with the frame and the gears
(which can unscrew the screws which hold the laser module on its support and cause the module to fall).
2- We tried to use the laser and for the moment, we can say that it isn’t a success :
• Most of the time, the laser tool starts its work, then stops without lightburn indicating an error or the state being Busy or Ready.
o The laser tool doesn’t react to any commands in lightburn.
=> We are forced to disconnect / reconnect the USB cable (with an extension cable), even to turn off the laser, to juggle with the COM port and at worst to restart lightburn.
• The few cut jobs on kraft paper that did work weren't great, as it took 10 passes at 100% power.
o The A40640 II laser module is mounted with the new air_assist nozzle without the compressor being connected for the moment.
o The focus adjustment is done as indicate in the wiki (25mm between the taper and the bottom of the module + 5mm distance with the paper)
=> As a result, we have the feeling that the laser is not working at its full power.
Please, do you have any solutions to these issues ?
Do we need to ground all the components like TinCC38 did and explain in is vidéo ?

Ich habe Probleme mit dem zusammenbauen des neje 3max, ich finde nirgends eine detaillierte Anleitung
Wo hast du deine Anleitung her?
Ich kann z.b. diese aluschiene nicht montieren. Muss ich da diese kleinen Muttern verwenden? Sonst hält das ganze ja nicht
Und welcher Schlauch wo hin kommt 😬
Bin etwas frustriert
