Hi cath, just a quickie, did you give up alcohol when you were on the plan to lose weight.
Yup! Only for 3 months but it really helped x
It is ok to have Syns as long as it is within your syn allowance.
1 hr goes quick in the gym.
Best to loose weight 1- 2lbs per week so that we don't get gallstones etc & keep it off.
I have gluten sensitivity & Lactose & Soya issues.
