I get he's a comedian. I get the stereotype too, after all I've live in asia for a long time. But maybe because I don't find him that funny the character comes across as an asshole. Bet he's a great dude though, no attack on his character intended

Wow. This is as original as it gets. You guys didn't see all the complex ingredients so i'm glad Chef Andy directed to the channel. I believe this is the only Thai curry that uses all the 3 C spices (cumin, coriander, and cardamum). Certain countries will boil whole peanuts in the curry stew, especially if cooked with a tougher cut of meat. Bay leaf preferred or optional; but definitely no kaffir lime leaf nor shrimp paste in this Muslim style curry.
Omg, I have tried curry in my pressure cooker but its never quite right in the proportions and liquid content and the veg just disintegrates. Blitzing the meat first instead for the pan is genius! Awesome tip.
I expected some regular onions but none the less great recipe, looks heckin' tasty. That ammount of lemomgrass might alter the flavor I Imagine massaman to be? But I'd still try it.
