If your knees hurt when you run it means that your shoes are to the end of their life and you need new running shoes. I work for a local running specialty store and that’s always a symptom for when you need new running shoes.

After that if i take breaks playing online i go to my laptop watch youtube or going to my ipad & or using my iphone 10 XR. Watching tons of tiktok apps! 👍 hopfully the area i live / canada i hope it goes back to normal i really want to return back to my Gym workout !
