I'd suggest you move your honeymoon anyways, as everything looks like it might not reopen for a while. But once all of this passes I recommend you visit Boquerón, it's a really nice place and you can stay in cabins near the beach, it's not open right now tho.

Rose Garcia Puerto Rico is not an independent country yet, it’s still part of the United States. As US Citizens we have the constitutional right to travel within our country and Puerto Rico is unlawfully hindering that right.

Sadly, chances are that they will not be open becasue according to the latest executive order businesses are not allowed to have large gatherings of people. You might want to call to make sure though.

They will be in real danger and INNOCENT ppl will die due to idiots just like here in the states are causing spreading. I agree with what they are doing and its pretty seamless. The island needs to shut down travel especially coming from the US. There is no way that people are going to quarantine when they get there unless PR starts enforcing the rules like Hawaii and lock people up for not complying. But that’s not going to happen because PR does not have the resources to enforce the quarantine. Just stay where you live and don’t put others at risk.

I just tested negative but it took me 13 days to get the blood test answer and the nose test still isn't back.
