▸ Song 2 / CUTE ENERGY: As we know our beloved Ava Max songs, this one really pumps up the energy. You might need a second to get the hang out of the chorus! I took the ear-move from the Movie Trailer :)
▸ Song 3 / Latin: Shake your Barbie hips! Loosen up and give me all your sexappeal.
▸ Song 4 / Gangster: We end the workout with some cooooolneeeesssss. Swagger Mode On!

@@MariaFernandesMusic Pam never addressed it but there is speculation that a small group of people found it offensive so it was removed. Pretty sad she felt she needed to delete it all together rather than staying true to what she worked so hard on and so many of us really enjoyed. Hopefully she will give us some type of explanation or change it and add it back in.
I love the subtle light changes throughout the video. Such a minimal detail but it makes it so aesthetically pleasing😍💕

PLEASE BRING BACK THE KEN PART: This workout WAS the most beautifully constructed workout I have ever seen. It incorporates pastel colours, references the AMAZING BARBIE MOVIE and has a useful fitness themed aim. I loved the fact that it transitioned from girly Barbie to sexy Ken and thoroughly enjoyed this workout. Also, 10 minutes is long enough to actually consider it a workout!!! At a mere 6 minutes long this video now only makes me feel as if this workout is slightly pointless, as it is barely the normal duration of a usual BRILLIANT Pamela REIF session

I thought something was wrong with my TV when the video skipped the Ken song. I went back and tried it several times before noticing the comments. I can’t believe Pam was pressured to take out the most iconic song and dance of her Barbie dance video. How incredibly sad. I always looked forward to the fun and silly Ken part and now I don’t think I can dance to this video without feeling sad and like we’re all missing out on the original and true dance Pamela worked hard to put together. 😢 RIP Ken 🕺🏼🪦

I just woke up and want to do today's plan then I saw the 6 min detail. first thing I thought is ''am I still sleeping? was that 10 min?'' then I said okay that was like that all the time, maybe I haven't look closer to the title then started to do workout. after first song I realized Ken wasn't there :( then I play the song from Spotify and do the choreography on my own because I already memorized it

Since i have done the 10 min Version like 40 times already, i remember the Ken part. Today i just did the 6 min video and then put on the Ken song and did the Ken coreo from memory. It still was fun but i sure miss doing the Ken part with Pamela😢

Pam, we started our workout journey together 3 years ago and every single day we do at least a 15 minute workout together. You are always the embodiment of positivity and girl power! Thank you for everything! You gave me so much energy and courage!
Barbie's motto is that you can be anything and and this is true. Barbie especially the last decade has a lot shapes and forms and we admire her not just for her beauty but her courage to pursue her dreams. Always remember that. If you can dream it you can do it! I don't think the Sam Smith section got copyrighted, because Pamela has said many times that she gets approval for songs before she uploads/even comes up with the workouts, and the song plays for 20 or so seconds at the end - and copyright would likely remove that section also. I am guessing it was removed because of backlash, or because she didn't like that section, it's a shame though, it was fine and in line with the rest of the workout.

Sorry but I guess I am going to be "that person" it wasn't may favourite. Maybe because I'm not into the trending Barbie craze, maybe because I just did it after a 5 mile run in the rain. I sincerely appreciate all of the hard work and attention to detail that Pam puts into every video this one included but I had a hard time getting into it today. I'll try again in the morning when I have more energy and maybe the vibe will hit me different. You're still my workout queen forever.
Update, I tried it again this morning when I had more energy and I enjoyed it more than the first time. Ken's part is my favourite. The whole video took me back to my high school cheerleading days.

I love all your creative workouts and dances. So many people have that excuse of not being able to go to the gym or they don't have time to jog around the neighborhood.Or they can't afford a personal trainer. But all you have to do is move your body. Just move that body. Just do stretches, just do some dances, just jog in place. Just do some Pamela Reif workouts. It's that simple.
