For my birthday, I wanted to make a cookie cake inspired by milk and cookies. And so, I did. Happy 23rd to me!

COOKIES:
340g (2 1/2 cups) All purpose flour
207g (1 1/2 cups) Bread flour
7g (1 1/2 teaspoon) Kosher salt
8g (1 teaspoon) Baking soda
2g (1/2 teaspoon) Baking Powder
8g (1 1/2 teaspoon) Cornstarch
450g (2 cups) Brown sugar
212g (1 cup) granulated sugar
2 eggs plus 2 egg yolks
344g (1 1/2 cups) Unsalted butter
8g (1 Tablespoon) Vanilla extract
8g (1 Tablespoon) Milk
510g (3 cups) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
MILKY SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM:
163g egg whites
313g granulated sugar
489g unsalted butter
1 cup milk powder (Full fat or skim)
1/4 cup boiling water
