These were great. Can I freeze leftover dough from this recipe to cook later?
I'm so glad you enjoyed! You can absolutely freeze the dough after portioning it out for kind of a long time. Either thaw it in the fridge and bake like normal or bake from frozen. I haven't baked these specific cookies from frozen so I'm not sure what the bake time is- but let me know how it works for you!
@asmadebyamanda so yes I did portion them out and frozen what was left over. Haven't cooked them yet but I'll come back and let you know when I do.

@@asmadebyamanda the cake was absolutely delicious I made it with my girls they absolutely loved it so did my husband and he's not a fan of citrusy cakes! But where I live we produce our own olive oil it's extra strong in flavor and very peppery, so I redused the amount of olive oil and I'm glad I did the flavor of olive oil was still very prominent!❤
