Thanks for this useful video and saving 100s of dollars for people. I think we live in a very wasteful world today where everything gets trashed when they can be fixed easily and cheaply. I have an Epson WF 4630 which I believe is a sub version of the printer you have in the video. My printer doesnt print black and magenta period after not using it for 1 year. I ran the head cleaning function like 20 times and it only helped with yellow and cyan so I am pretty sure it needs your solution. But this printer's head is not right below the cartridges like the one in your video. Can you check and see if your kit would still work for this? If so, I will order your kit. Thnx
Hi I purchased your printhead cleaning kit. After the clean I can't get it to print at all-no ink is coming out but it says that there is plenty of ink. Any thoughts?
Hello.. I have an Epson Work Force wf-4630. I just bought brand new 786 ink (4 colors) and my documents are printing green instead of black. I followed the nozzle check, print head cleaning, and made sure print head alignment is correct. Yet, I am still getting green colored documents. It has been working fine until now. Please help! Thank you.
I have the same printer EPSON WF-4630. As mentioned the ink cart(s) are fixed and not mounted to the printer head. There are ink supply tubes ( 18-24" long) that run from the ink cart carrier to the printer head. Removing the tubes from the printer head doesn't seem to be an option.
@@curtischance9354 I suppose it is possible to put cleaning liquid directly to the cartridge connections with cleaning kit. It this case it may need more cleaning liquid because of the long supply tubes. At the end when the clogg opens effect is the same as putting cleaning liquid directly to the printerhead. It may be useful to have piece of wet paper under the printerhead to prevent ink flooding at the bottom of printer when cleaning.
One solution could be cut out the ink supply hose near the printhead and inject cleaning syringe towards printhead. Then use ink hose extender connectors to connect the cut ink hoses together again.
Epson, HP, inkjets - pretty much ALL garbage. After 20 years of multiple HP inkjets, farily heavilyi used for personal office, I would say DON"T WASTE your money. Is there not a danger of stripping the gears - ratcheting sound when I held it in place.... hmm Why does epson not give see through cartridge, for instance.
I purchased my first cleaning kit for my WF-4734. I heated up the cleaner, flushed all the nozzles, waited 24 hours, installed new OEM Epson ink cartridges, but didn't get good results when printing the test page. Now, it has an error code. I've given up on it. Unboxed a barely used WF-3730 knowing that the ink would be dried. Purchased another cleaning kit. Followed the instructions like last time. When printing the test page, I get a few missing areas in the first black design and a couple of missing areas in the cyan block. Can I send you a pdf showing the pattern to get your advice?
Most HP and Canon use thermal heads that almost never clog and when they do its dead and time for a new printer. Once again, EPSON SUCKS.@@BestPrinters
Got the kit via Amazon. I think it worked well! Any tips to print black only when the color cartridges are low or out? Thanks. I have an Epson WF4734.
Awesome!

Hi, yes it will definitely work on the WF 4630.
I've put in 4 new cartridges. The Cyan and Yellow prints sporadically, but the black and magenta are fine.
Thanx for this
My pleasure
It works! 🙏🏻 Thank you, that method really works

Does this work on the WF-4740?
After completing this is it normal for it to look “watered down” at first and then it will build back up. Or should it come out vibrant quickly?
christy reschke That is normal after a some time your ink should start to come back normally.

What is the cleaner? WF-4730 ink is 802 not 786.

I have a 4630 that streaks when it prints. Will this helps? Nothing else has corrected the problem.
Yes absolutely!

Were you able to find a solution? I’m having the same issue and I can’t find anything that helps on the internet
4630 the print head has tubing to it from the cartridges which are permanently stuck to the side. how are we supposed to clean that?
The Tequila Hombre That is what you need to clean the tubing on the printhead. The syringe I use in the video is made specifically for that.
@@BestPrinters There is no way to tell how to disconnect the tubing.. how about a video to show us how?

Yep
My 4730 won't slide once on...help
Epson printers are trash. All they do is clogg. Buy a Canon or an HP
I have seen every brand get clogged to be honest.

Buy a new Printer. Its toast.@@kpaul5257
Not a WF-4630....... you're using a WF-4730!!!!!!!
I was like dude this is not even the same printer in your description.
This method works on both models. Title has been updated. Thank you.
@@BestPrinters would you be able to upload a video with the 4630 model?
completely different set up. You can't get to the nozzles on the 4630 so easily. you need to do some more research.
You are so rude. Why so many exclamation points?
