Yes , I totally agree . The problem of fixing it goes way way deeper down the rabbit hole . Hospitals charge everything at top dollar to support the base for their CEO's , Department heads , team leaders . All require the largest turnover to claim a percentage of that turnover . By the way I'm not from your great Country . I'm from Australia , another great country . And the system here is roughly the same . For instance , our yearly council land rates . I think you call it land tax . Just keeps going up and up . And the the position that manages the funds raised is called Council Secretary , That position gets a salary based on turnover or funds collected via rates/land tax . The Council Secretaries earnings go up into the millions of dollars . Whereas infact most of them would'nt be able to manage the smallest of shops . Our Bureaucracy is going nuts by using the current system , we have managers in our government that earn millions but are unable to count past 10 without using their fingers . I have No idea about fixing this without sacking all bureaucrats.
