This is literally so perfect for when I’m having an anxiety attack. It softens all the edges of my anxiety and is sometimes the only thing that grounds me enough to function again. Thank you for making it an hour long loop. It’s so soothing.
Hey Sara. Firstly I’m so sorry to hear that you suffer with anxiety. I really am glad that this helps. If you have access to Spotify search for cello in the rain where I have an album with other things that will help...and if you haven’t checked out calm.com, that helped with my mind in lockdown, then they have some incredibly soothing things on there. Lindsey sterling’s sleep song is amazing and I have some music on there too. I hope this keeps on doing the trick and over time, I hope that you can have more and more times anxiety free.

I have tried pink and white noise generators, but for some reason a cello playing classical music in the rain is about the only sound that masks my tinnitus. The sound in this video is perfect. I also use the music from the Calm app that also has about an hour of cello music in the rain. Oddly, it helps me to both concentrate when needed and soothes me so I can fall asleep.
