Was watching the event and was also hoping, if DJI will bring a device (receiver) to transform all kind of DJI Drones into a clean HDMI feed. So sad, that they anounced a transmiter and not a receiver for DJI Cameras / Drones. :(
was hoping there would be an option to but a non-integrated receiver. my whole ac kit is teradek/small hd, dont want to have to use their monitor just to use the transmission system. hopefully that comes in the future
We just got two of them. I thought this included the handles as we wanted to control RS3s and R2s. Very nice product but we need the handles so they are going back.
I saw on the DJI site that the latecny is 68 ms for 1080p60 and 100ms for 1080p24, seems fairly high in my opinion? Especially considering using it for focus pulling?
Is the transmitter depicted here the "DJI Ronin Image Transmitter" that comes with the RS3 Pro Combo? I'm not talking about the "Transmission Combo"; I'm talking about the regular DJI RS3 Pro "Combo Pack" says it comes with a "DJI Ronin Image Transmitter". Is this the one?
How would incorporating like a ninja V monitor to record 4k or record in camera work with this set up? would I be able to start and stop my in-camera recording using the control menu? (using a A7siii)
Once again DJI have proved how innovative they are. The 'Apple' of the filmmaking world producing high quality equipment. Just a matter of time before they release their own 'camera' ;-) Exciting times!
DJI will there be separate receivers eventually? This won't be used on professional TV series and Films unless that happens. Too many operators and AC's will want to use their own monitors or larger monitors provided by playback. 1 to 3 is pretty much expected if you want your wireless system used and a DIT or operator wont want the AC getting all the rental $ on monitors or vice versa.
Just as a heads up to any drone pilots interested in this, you CAN NOT use the remote monitor to receive feeds from drones ONLY the Video Transmitters. If you have an M300, Inspire 2, or M30, you are out of luck. They show (1:19) a Remote Monitor like it's receiving a broadcast from an Inspire 2. It can't.
Does this system have extra wireless channel allow user to control other user payload installed with video camera? Can it send real time drone GPS location to user and export to user computer on the ground?
This is a serious warning to all considering purchasing or using the DJI Transmission for on SET and specifically drone use. In the system's current state there is NO way to permanently disable 2.4GHZ operation. While you can manually select to choose a 5.8ghz channel (1-7), there is always the risk that someone can accidentally (a director/dp for example) change the channel to "8" which is the 2.4ghz channel (in 40mhz mode). To make things worse, the channels don't even tell you what frequency they are. This is VERY dangerous for drone users, but is also really bad for 1st AC's, gimbal ops and for wireless sound who use 2.4ghz. This also means that on any film set you can't use the Auto frequency mode because there is a chance it may jump to channel 8 (2.4ghz) and make the 1st AC loose connection to Preston, Teradek RTs, Tilta and other 2.4ghz FIZ units. Hopefully DJI fixes this soon. They really need an option to fully disable the 2.4ghz mode. Ideally this would be done in the Assistant 2 software (on a computer) so there is NO chance mistakes can be made on set. In the perfect world they would implement three things: 1) A way to completely disable 2.4GHZ in the Assistant 2 app 2) A way to set the transmitter to only 2.4 or 5.8 in AUTO (like all DJI's newer drones can do) 3) The screen and transmitter should display what what frequency and channel your on (beside the data rate info) Bonus: Option to limit the output power Using a frequency analyzer, I found the 40mhz channels (1-8) to be centered on the following frequencies: 1: 5510 2: 5550 3: 5670 4: 5270 5: 5310 6: 5770 7: 5830 8: 2440
DJI have come a long way! Good job DJI! Love your products! - drone pilot here from Philippines
DJI is a game changer for filmographers
I hope this goes hand in hand with an improved DJI FPV system!
honestly i thought they tested their tech on fpv, ditched fpv, and took their homework to the larger general cinema industry
@@johnenriquez6757 exactly! DJI FPV is now in the slow death phase.
I fear DJI will drop the. FPV drone any minute now. Their best ever drone. A 35 min batt for the FPV is what we need.
Is it possible to add it inside an acrobatic airplane and get image from an action camera ?
I love all my DJI equipment, can't wait to add this one. Very nice once again DJI

I rly need something like this for dji drones....
I rly need external antenna for dji drones ...
You can use restream for DJI drones
Amazing Video transmission technology invented by DJI
Dji needs to make an on-camera monitor to for sure!
Man can't wait to order mine.
I'm setting up a channel and DJI is the main medium I wanna use. This will be awesome!
That´s insane. Absolute love it. good job!

This thing is pretty cool... I have no use for one, but boy do i want it
CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THIS ONE!!!
I hope the new V2 Digital FPV system gets this dual 2.4Ghz and 5.8GHz connection!
1:41 Dji should make their own walkie talkie lmao
I love you ❤️❤️ DJI company ❤️❤️❤️❤️favourite
Sound great. Can't wait to get one.
Outstanding update!
Can I use it for live broadcasting?
Cuando a la venta?
Will it work with DJI air unit and vista?
DJI is the best!
Background music please?
This is good for movie production.

That's like the same latency some of there drones have it's not that bad?
@@beachcoww Unusable latency for fpv drones, for mavics and stuff that flies on its own sure its manageable
@@beachcoww FPV drones we're at 22-24ms currently.
DJI i love you
The question is; What does the acronym DJI stand for?
Da-Jiang Innovations
@@cwl745 I assume Da-Jiang is the founders name?
@@innomind Da-Jing is derived from the Chinese pronunciation "大疆", which means "great love without borders".
I also got hand grips along with DJI transmission but not able to start A7S3 recording. Though can access camera menu
Multicam? can i split screen for two cameras or more? or is it one system per camera?
Yes Dji Lang Sakalam.😊
My very fans dji sana may mag exponsor sa Akin Mag Regalo ng dji Drone na magagamit ko sana sa Aking pag ba vlog kahit Mini Lang.🥺
Once again DJI, you are stealing the market!
@dji release a standalone receiver please. Actual productions need standalone receivers for DIT, hmu village, producers village etc

Is there any way to have two motors which allows for zoom and focus? Which can then be controlled via image transmission?
One Word! YAY!
Hey, how about you fix your app dji fly 4? I can't fly!
Vaya padreada
Are the video transmission system is fully compatible with RS2?
Where does it sell? How is it launching and not selling? I bought it on the B&H website and it has not yet been delivered

Good video....
4K 60fps supported???
DJi camera quality best moment wow beautiful camera quality DJ i excellent wow nice super video camera quality excellent 👌🎉🎉

You could put the DJI transmitter on the RS3Pro then put that on a heavy lift.
That's the part they're talking about avoiding frequency interference...
Dear Dji...why r u not making spaceship???
Nice from Camerahaus ❤️
什么时候出啊~~
Ill miss a receiver without a screen, for a cheaper solution in a live stream environment
Yes indeed
It's good alright but why does it control only sony cameras what about red cinema and other cameras
Wonder full
Great great product and price … but, you absolutely need a stand alone receiver option or add on … it’s imperative on professional sets.
So nice!
When are they gonna get their drones to go as far as they say they do? Also, when is the 4g dongle going to work in other countries besides China?
So goooooooooood👍👍👍
Still don’t know what it is.
1080p?
DJI why are you out of playstore?? Afraid of negative comments & low rating?? Regarding Mobile Gimbal.

DJI is more creativity than Apple
wow cool u become

Nice, now whats good with the fpv system.
Hopefully DJI offers a stand alone transmitter.. Don't be like an apple product... Offer options please. 👍🏾👍🏾
when will dji wireless mic be sold in indonesia?
i am crying;)

I hope that the DJI FPV system will get the dual 2.4 / 5.8 ghz connection as well!
slightly deceptive... monitor 'has SDI outputs' ONLY after you pay many hundreds for an adapter you shouldn't really have to purchase as an extra imho
how about you release an update so that I can use my S22 Ultra with my drones.
Install the APPs direct from DJI and not from Playstore than they work with new smartphones and android 12.

They already have their independent transmissions like Ocusync 2 and 3.
