Don't even get me started rn with this. The fact that our gm and president just refuse to call him a generational talent no matter what just makes absolutely no sense and are you seriously telling me that rogers who's is worth 10.2 billion dollars can't pay up. Vladdy has said time and time again that he wants to play for this team and our dumbass gm ross atkins still wont pay him. I am a diehard jays fan and I know that losing Vladdy will be the worst thing that will ever happen to our team. Fire Atkins
The A category wasn't used very well it seems like. Regardless of his comments on the Yankees being walked back he did say it gotta think if it's close he goes elsewhere. Only s tiers should be Mets, Jays, red sox. Yankees and Ginats seem like perfect A tier options
@rhyde otherwise love the content! Really been going to this channel a lot this offseason. I love how I can also be critical sometimes and it's not tskem to heart ots conversational! Keep up the great work robbie!
Cardinals fan here I doubt it but with Chaim Bloom at the helm next year and a payroll situation that could add another star- you never know with these psychos. I'd ultimately say D or C
Something maybe to keep in mind with the mariners, they were legitimately interested and aggressive trying to trade for him last deadline. Seems like he could be an exception of the mariners usual absurd cheapness
@@rhyde Freddie will be 36 next year. I think they could for sure find a way to deal with Vlad for a season at 3B and have him play 1B in the long term.
Angels, Mets, Phillies, Boston, and the Tigers are my guesses. Toronto will lose him, don’t see my Yankees going for it, Phillies could move Bryce back to RF, Tigers could replace Torkelson, Angels for Nostalgia, Boston is the best fit. This year, no matter what team he’s with, Vlad needs to work on his defense if he wants to be a 3rd baseman and get paid, first baseman do not receive long contracts!
Toronto would be absolutely stupid to trade Vladdy within their division. If this happens you better put Atkins and Shapiro in witness protection because your going to have Jays fans coming for their heads letting a generational player walk. Toronto needs to just stop nickle and dimming Vladdy and give him the $425-$475 million deal and be done with this and maybe you will start to actually start seeing some of the rumored free agents actually sign with you
The Red Sox? À team with a history of locking up players to long term deals? I don’t see S tier..,man C. It was like pulling teeth to lock up Devers. They failed with Bogarts and cried B poor with Bette. Before Devers what was the last big FA contract they successfully handed out?
Gave my reasoning in the segment while also bringing up money aspect. In the end, they got it done with Devers, and they didn’t fail with Bogearts. They let him go because SDP offered a crazy deal. Betts they just didn’t want to go that extra mile because the organization wasn’t in the right spot (no good prospects)
@ They could’ve put pieces around Betts with plenty of pieces. They were coming off of a championship. Why wouldn’t they lock up a young Betts with pieces that just won a championship? I think they missed their competitive window. Don’t they make an offer to Bogarts before the Padres got ridiculous?
Do think Vlad leaves in FA no trade during or beofre the season. Problaby gonna be the Mets. Wouldn't be surprised at Red Sox Yanks Giants Jays. Just think the mets will spend the most for him and will choose them
Is it just me, or are the Mets basically the Yankees this year? Last year the Yankees were carried offensively by two offensive stars: Soto and Judge. The Mets have Soto and Lindor and the rest of the lineup worries me. There’s some good bats, but no one who I would say is true protection for Soto and Lindor
Vlads plays 1B, isn't very good at it, is ranked the worst baserunner in MLB, has had very inconsistent years in production and is worth nowhere near 450 million dollars. trade him now and focus on building up the farm for a quick rebuild.
Love how you just laughed at the Marlins!
Cold! but true Sadly.
Maybe he will sign of the Angels because his dad played for the Angels and was a star
Or nationals
Doubt it
I remember him running around on the field in Anaheim when he was a little kid. But yeah, unlikely.
Arte Moreno will definitely pursue Vlad Jr. The Angels should rank higher on this list.
@ agree
Great vid Robbie keep it up king
Could you do this with tucker
Would love to see Vlady jr. come to SF on the Giants! He would be a great star to pair with Bryce Eldridge (when ready) at 1B/DH.
He could be like his dad and play for a team in Canada and then sigh with the angels
Yoooo Robbie my man
I am hoping Angels give him the money bag.. I seen him as a kid loving Angels.

B is nice for the Phillies eventhough i think there is 0% chance they even go after him....would be fun though
Better be the Mets Mets Mets Mets.
no he wants to win not lose future dodger eventually
whenver freedie retires
I think you're really discounting the Dodgers here, they'd 100% find a place to put him.
I mean there’s really only 1 place to put him. Don’t think they would bring him to play 3B, but sure there’s always a chance.

@@rhyde He could play 3B in 2026 and 2027 then move back to 1B after Freddie's contract is up

Mets match the Red Sox and he chooses the Red Sox. Yankees lol..

He's young and had struggles when pitchers figured him out but then he has figured them out. You can't let a guy like this pass by. He's still young.
